The world famous Los Angeles World Salsa Congress is rapidly approaching. If you haven’t already got you passes to this event, you had better jump on them ASAP. With it only being 3 weeks away, you had better take action soon- There are going to be a lot of great workshops and even better bands and performances this year. It is being held at the Radisson Hotel right by LAX this year, they still have space available if you want to stay there, but HURRY!! The events starts Thursday May 21 and will run until Sunday May-24. There will be a pre party held Wednesday night at one of the local clubs but the location has yet to be disclosed. I wonder if people do this kind of thing on purpose…
Jay and I were looking at the 11th Annual Los Angeles Salsa Congress web site (which is www.MySalsaCongress.com) and BAM on the front page is this picture of Eddie Torres. At this time I would like to point out that Eddie Torres is the king of all Salsa Dance and is well respected and loved by all. This is how come we both asked ourselves WHY?!
Why on earth would you put a picture of Eddie Torres on your front page where he looks totally constipated? I mean the poor guy looks totally ridiculous! I find this funny, but if someone had a picture of me up where I looked this constipated, I would probably find it slightly less funny (but still pretty funny). Please feel free to comment and for God’s sake send me your ridiculous Salsa or any kind of dance pictures. I will laugh and maybe even put them up here for the world to see!
This will be a reoccurring blog topic by the way. I come across these types of pictures all the time.
